Featured materials are designed for Winnifred Stewart Association’s 3rd Annual Gala Fundraiser, with the goal to build a new GentleCare Facility to care for their clients with advanced dementia and Down’s Syndrome. The client wished for the materials to reflect an ‘elegant, formal, Black Tie theme’, while maintaining use of their lead sponsorship organization’s (Mindful Hearts) color scheme (yellow, grey, black, and white). A new logo combination adapting the ‘Mindful Hearts’ logo to Winnifred Stewart’s original logo was also required for the gala event.
Total project components include: Sponsorship and Registration Package, Letterhead, Event Signage Templates, Newspaper Ad, Save the Date E-Card, Folded Invite Card (Mail-out), Event Ticket, Silent Auction/Dinner Menu Table Card, Event Logo, and Gala Program Booklet.
Advanced custom printing specs of the Gala Program Booklet include:
• custom layers of silver metallic foiling on certain design elements and text shown on the front and back cover (The Folded Invite Mail-out Card also features silver metallic foiling).
• a custom, die-cut, rectangular frame/window on the front cover and plastic ‘photo sleeve’ attached to the inside-front cover, containing a 5×7″ photo insert ‘placeholder’, which guests could later switch out with their own group photo shot by a photographer on the event’s ‘red carpet’ entrance (printed and distributed throughout the evening).
• a perforation parallel to the spine on the left side of the front cover (and instructions to tear off as ‘a gift for you’ on the inside-front cover) encourages guests to tear off the front cover of the booklet and display their framed photo at home as an event keepsake.
