‘Mad Hatter’s Gala’, a fundraising event for MacEwan University and it’s student programs required several event materials which reflected the gala’s traditional, whimsical theme of the roaring 20’s-30’s ‘flapper/decadent’ era. They also needed to reflect the main sponsor’s identifiable colors, as well as the color silver, for the gala’s 25th (silver) anniversary.
The designed materials include: ads, invites, admission tickets, raffle tickets, student profile posters, and an evening program booklet. Complete with several purchased sponsor ad spots, the visually dynamic program booklet (8×8 in, 30 pgs.) details historic achievements and also showcases memorabilia/photographs of the University and past 25 years of fundraising events.
